BEFORE APPLYING

For desired fit, bend roll back and forth into a soft "U" shape.

TO APPLY:

Place above upper lip and conform to desired fit under nostrils. Hook ear-loops behind each ear.

TO ADJUST:

Twist or knot the ear-loops for a more secure and comfortable fit.
